A new mural project in partnership with Council District 2, “Vintage No Ho” is led by lead artist, Ernest Merlan, and Levi Ponce. The mural is part of the effort to clean up the area referred to as “Whitsett Slope” led by the local Neighborhood Council. Completed in February 2015, the mural is on the west side of Whitsett and south of Saticoy in North Hollywood, California, 91605.
