Inspired by Slanguage’s legacy of community education as art practice, Sarita Dougherty of the DIY PhD shares a 1-hour movement and mapping workshop in conjunction with her installation at We Run Things, Things Don’t Run We. During the workshop, we will open channels of energy in our bodies through simple movement and breathwork, listen to what our cuerpos want to teach us, and map intentions we are calling in for various aspects of our lives.
