Together, East LA Film Festival (ELAFF) and the Panamanian International Film Festival Los Angeles (PIFF/LA) are building upon a shared vision and expanding our reach and impact.
Through its programming and partnership with Carlos Carrasco and PANAFEST we’ve combined resources to expand services to the Boyle Heights and East LA area.
