The City of West Hollywood will celebrate Harvey Milk Day and kick off its WeHo Arts LGBTQ Arts Festival (formerly called the One City One Pride LGBTQ Arts Festival) with a virtual staged reading of the play Dear Harvey, by Patricia Loughrey. The reading will be streamed live and archived on the City’s WeHo Arts YouTube page.
