Advancing Justice – LA helps with a variety of housing-related issues, with a focus on those helping those who are immigrants or have limited proficiency with English. Tenants can receive assistance with eviction, landlord-tenant disputes, lease disputes, habitability, security deposit, and other tenant rights. Advancing Justice – LA also assists homeowners who are facing foreclosure for reasons other than missing monthly payments or who are victims of loan modification or home improvement scams.
