Latin American Cinemateca of Los Angeles (LACLA) presents the 13th annual LACLA Student Film Festival on Friday, December 18th. Due to the current COVID-19 health crisis, LACLA has decided to practice safe, social distancing by offering their selective student film festival for the first time free of charge in a virtual format.
