Join us for our virtual discussion with comedy star, David A. Arnold!

A 20-year stand-up veteran who has made his living performing, acting and writing for TV and film, David has performed on every network from Comedy Central to BET. He has lent his comedic talent and timing to many writers’ rooms, including Netflix’s Emmy-nominated reboot series, Fuller House, as a writer and producer, and the Kelsey Grammar/Martin Lawrence sitcom, Partners, on FX.

David has four stand-up specials to his credit. You can catch his latest, Fat Ballerina, which is currently streaming on Netflix and executive produced by Kevin Hart.

NewFilmmakers Los Angeles (NFMLA) showcases and champions emerging filmmakers and diverse storytellers from around the world. In response to the COVID-19 crisis, we’ve moved our programming to virtual platforms. This includes the NFMLA Monthly Film Festival, now powered by Seed&Spark. The Bootleg Theater presents BlakTinx Dance Festival’s “Dancing on the Edge”. On Saturday, June 6th beginning at 7pm listeners can live stream soundpedro2020schizophonia at soundpedro.org.
