‘Love, Peace & Spades’ is a monthly game night for anyone looking for a fun space to kick it and bond over classic Black family games such as Uno, Dominoes, and, of course, Spades—and if you need lessons, don’t worry, we got you!

See an installation of prints made by members of Gee’s Bend Quiltmakers’ Collective. The pieces were created by pressing original quilted fabric designs face down on a wax-coated printing plate that captured the fabrics’ texture, seams, and stitching of the original. Through this innovative process, a quilt is translated to a printed surface—a new medium to explore and share the quiltmakers’ creativity. “Gee’s Bend: Shared Legacy” is presented in two six-month installments, each featuring a selection of 12 prints.

There’s nothing more festive than holiday lights throughout the 10-acre Burton Chace Park. The spectacular display of sparkling lights and decor will take place every night throughout December. Enchanted is a one-mile, nighttime walk through distinct lighting displays. Some of the displays are interactive and invite participation, while some are merely there to be observed and enjoyed.
