Join us for the opening reception of “To View a Plastic Flower”, an exhibition featuring new video and multimedia installations by Abigail Raphael Collins, T. Kim-Trang Tran and Samira Yamin. Presented as three discrete installations, the works engage themes of interconnectivity, perspectivism, and the poetics (as well as politics) of conflict. Taken together, To View a Plastic Flower provides a multi-dimensional interrogation of the construction, representation and limitations of knowledge through media as a means to understand our peculiar socio- and geopolitical times.
“To View a Plastic Flower” is on view from February 13 – April 19, 2020.
