Sabor a mi Panamá Cooking Class

Discover the unique culinary traditions and cultural connections of African-inspired Panamanian cuisine in Los Angeles. In this cooking class, Panamanian cuisine will be explored with Flavors of Panamá, where attendees will prepare various dishes while exploring Afro-Latino food traditions and the African Diaspora through this hands-on cooking class.  Learn to make arroz con coco, pollo guisado and plantains cooked in two different ways.

From the 1500s to the present, African music has shaped and formed every other Latin American music genre.
