Sizzling Summer Nights: Son Mayor

Dance the night away with LA’s best salsa and Latin fusion bands at the Autry’s popular summer series. The outdoor parties include free lessons with an instructor, access to museum galleries, a separate children’s dance floor, and more. Birch Biting Workshop

Birch bark has many different uses. In this workshop, Kelly Church (Ottawa/Ojibwe) will discuss and show participants the various uses for birch bark, and demonstrate how to create butterflies, dragonflies, and flowers with birch bark biting. Each participant will learn to peel and bite birch bark and then frame their creations to take home. $30 Autry Members / $50 Nonmembers (Includes Materials)
