The Odyssey Theatre Foundation
Odyssey Theatre Ensemble moves toward the creation of a larger International Experimental Theatre Center, facilitating the crosspolination of artists from different countries, cultures and disciplines, and the exposure of this collaborative work to the Southern California audience.
Drawing on the illustrious history of the great panorama paintings of the 18th and 19th centuries, The Velaslavasay Panorama is an exhibition hall, theatre and garden dedicated to the production and presentation of unusual visual experiences, including those of the 360-degree variety.
Yiddishkayt Los Angeles
The mission of Yiddishkayt Los Angeles is to preserve, cultivate, and broadcast the treasures of Yiddish, the diversity of Yiddishkayt’s legacy, and the progressive tradition of Jewish European and immigrant life and explore this cultural and moral heritage in the face of the disappearance and neglect of the historical, lived experience of European Yiddish culture.
Grand Vision Foundation
Grand Vision Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that produces live concerts, film screenings, performances and educational events at the historic Warner Grand Theatre, a 1,500 seat art deco movie palace and also at the Grand Annex, a 150-seat music listening room.
Body Weather Laboratory
Body Weather Laboratory (BWL) strengthens the growth and understanding of Butoh, which utilizes in-depth study of nature as source material for dance. In 1993, BWL formed a dance company and has conducted workshops and residencies. BWL tours and performs locally and internationally.
