Performing Arts Coordinator – Barnsdall Gallery Theatre

Emergency appointment, Full-Time

A pro-active and collaborative member of the Performing Arts (“PERF”) leadership team based at
the Barnsdall Gallery Theatre (“BGT”), The Performing Arts Program Coordinator will serve as
the director of the BGT and will oversee the venue’s daily operations, including tracking and
processing all finances, supervising the full-time, part-time and over-hire staffs, coordinating the
maintenance of the physical plant and the theatrical equipment, identifying and developing new
rental income opportunities, contributing to the Performing Arts fundraising efforts and deeply
engaging with the community, as the “public face” of the Barnsdall Gallery Theatre, PERF and
the DCA. Some nights and weekends are required, depending on rehearsals and performance
times.

Administrative Intern, Barnsdall Junior Arts Center

Part-Time: Up to 20 hrs /week

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hours

The Administrative Assistant for Barnsdall Junior Arts Center is responsible for supporting the
core programming at the BJAC. Providing this support will be vital in helping the center staff
stay organized and efficient while running our world renowned arts education program. Duties
may include ensuring filing and documentation is kept up to date, customer service – via email,
phone, or greeting visitors.
